Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Anglo Enterprises UK Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website.

1.       Definitions

1.1     The Buyer means the person who buys or agrees to buy the goods from the seller Anglo Enterprises (UK) Ltd.

1.2     The Goods means the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller Anglo Enterprises (UK) Ltd.

1.3     The Seller means Anglo Enterprises (UK) Ltd. Address: 7 Ullswater Mansions, Ullswater, Macclesfield. SK11 7YW.

2.       Conditions

2.1      All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions of trade unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing by the company.

2.2       Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Conditions.

2.3       The company reserves the right to cancel orders for items unavailable or sold out, and offer a direct refund, credit note or alternative goods.

3.         Price

3.1        All prices of goods are those being currently charged by the Seller at the date of dispatch of the goods, E. & O.E. plus delivery charges

3.2        All prices quoted include vat at the applicable rate, excluding delivery.

4.          Payment

4.1        Payment must be made with order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2        The Seller reserves the right to refuse to supply goods or a request for credit or part payment from the Buyer. Credit account facilities are only available to PTAs, Schools and Charities. Credit account facilities are not available to private individuals and all orders made by private individuals must be paid for with cleared funds prior to dispatch of the order. Private individuals can pay for orders by credit or debit card using our online payment facilities or by a cleared cheque. Cheques should be made pay payable to Anglo Enterprises and mailed to the address detailed in section 1.3.

4.3         Credit accounts are limited to £500.00 per order and must be paid in full within 7 days from the ‘event’ date or according to the settlement date shown on Invoice/Order Form.

4.4         The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts of 8.0% per annum above the prevailing Bank of England base rate and suspend dispatch of goods ordered. The Buyer will be charged by the Seller any administration costs/collection charges/court costs/legal fees incurred in recovering overdue amounts. Any Purchaser who makes late payment for goods supplied must accept responsibility for payment of these charges.

4.5         The cost of processing dishonoured cheque and/or credit card payments will be charged to the Buyer together with any collection costs/court costs/legal fees incurred in obtaining payment. In such instances, details of this administration fee are available upon request.

5.0

Ownership of Goods

5.1

Ownership and title of any goods supplied remains with the Seller until the Seller has received payment for all sums of money outstanding in cleared funds from the Buyer.

6.0.         Delivery

6.1          Delivery takes 3-5 working days from the date the Buyer places their order. All delivery times quoted are intended as a guide only and the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that estimated delivery times are met. The Company will not accept any liability whatsoever for delays caused by events beyond our control whether from carriers or suppliers or for any consequential loss of profit as a result. 6.2          Where an item is out of stock the Seller may hold any order until all items on that order are available.

6.3          Where payment for goods ordered has been made by cheque, the Seller reserves the right to hold any such order until the Seller has received confirmation that the cheque has been cleared and the funds paid to the Seller.

7.0           Product Information

7.1           All sizes of products quoted on the this website are approximate

7.2           The Seller makes every effort to supply goods as illustrated, but items may be subject to deletion or substitution as and when necessary at the discretion of the Seller.

7.3           Any information or data supplied in leaflets, inserts or helpful hint sheets is meant as a guide only.

8.0           Product Liability

8.1           Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and described accordingly. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of our products, whether for injury, profit or date loss.

9.0           Returns

9.1           The Seller does not sell products to Buyers on a sale or return basis. The Seller can only accept return of products from Buyers on the condition that they are defective or have been sent in error.

9.2            Any goods returned for refund or credit must be received by the Seller in perfect saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging and in the original quantity as specified on the website, within 14 days of receipt. The Seller reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if they are not in suitable condition for resale at their original catalogue price.

9.3            The Company makes every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible but refunds may take up to 30 days.

9.4            The Company recommends that proof of dispatch is obtained for any goods returned in case of loss in transit.

10.0           Claims

10.1           Claims for shortage(s) or damage must be made in writing or bye-mail and received by the Company within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Although every effort will be made by the Company to rectify shortage(s) or damaged goods we do not accept any responsibility for consequential loss of profit.

10.2           The Seller shall have no liability whatsoever for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage including loss of income, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising in connection with the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. This includes such damages as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date hereof.

11.0           Governing law

11.1

     The Governing Law is that of England and Wales.
